Returns & Refunds

At Lunelle, every item is made to order especially for you. Because of this, we do not accept cancellations, returns, or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect device model, size, color selection, or ordering mistakes.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days of delivery with clear photos showing the issue. Once the issue has been verified, we will gladly provide either:

• A free replacement, or
• A full refund.

Please note that claims submitted without photo evidence may not be eligible for replacement or refund.
